Otto Tang

Art Director

Otto Tang is a Los Angeles-based Director, Creator, and Art Director who has been a creative force at Titmouse Inc. for nearly two decades. Beginning his animation career at the studio as a background painter on Metalocalypse, he has since created his own Nick Jr. series Kinderwood and has served as the Art Director on major series including Netflix’s Dang! and Big Mouth, Apple TV+’s Duck & Goose, and Disney XD’s Randy Cunningham: 9th Grade Ninja. In addition to series work, he’s directed title sequences for feature documentaries (Jaco, Sunset Strip). 

Known for a versatile artistic style that incorporates graphic vector design and textured mixed media, Tang enjoys crafting dynamic worlds across both preschool and adult animation. His short film By the Stream was an official selection at Annecy Fest. He is currently developing an independent vertical series in collaboration with his daughters, focusing on story-driven and experimental animation.
