Internships

Our Internship Program

The Titmouse internship is an artistic mentorship opportunity. Interns will be assigned practice art tests using professional materials on a weekly or bi-weekly basis to be reviewed by a professional artist at Titmouse. Interns will receive 1:1 guidance from their mentors on how to improve as an artist and produce industry-ready work. Interns will have the opportunity to shadow production meetings and observe the animation pipeline.

When: Spring, Summer

Where: Los Angeles and New York 

Format: Hybrid or Remote
9 – 12 week program, 2 – 3 days a week (in-person or remote) 

Hours per week: 18 – 24 

Internship Tracks: Design, Paint, Storyboarding 

Who can apply:  Students that are at least 18 years of age and eligible to receive academic credit for the internship via an accredited college or university. 

We will review your portfolio, resume, and cover letter for consideration.

Production Internship

Tips

Not a current student? Many community colleges have an “internship course” you can take in order to obtain academic credit. The college that provides academic credit does not need to match the college you currently attend.

Does Titmouse provide relocation assistance? 

Titmouse is unable to provide relocation assistance, but we’re open to interns working entirely remote. 

Will Titmouse provide feedback for my application? 

Due to the high volume of applications we receive every semester, we are unable to provide individual feedback. 

What is the interview process? 

Application review > screening > interview with hiring manager > final selections
